I am short on words for what the service advisor Herb and technician Thomas accomplished for me this past Saturday. Finally a great day to ride and I got bike issues, something electrical, thats all I know. But I wasnt going anywhere for sure. Made a call to Herb the service advisor at 9am Saturday morning he said dont worry we can handle it get the bike to me. I did got there around 10:30am explained more in detail about what was going on with the bike and he said I got the guy (Thomas the technician) can diagnose and figure you problem out in no time! Thats exactly what they did!!! I was riding in no time and let me tell you I didnt ask no price and they could have taking advantage of me I was so ready to ride, but they did not!!! I felt they undercharged me for the level of service that these two delivered! Heck I even tried to to tip them and was informed they was just doing there job! Look bottom line you got problems call Herb he can get you fixed up. If you can request a tech ask for Thomas his work is TOPNOTCH!

Went there with the intentions of buying a used switchback. Rick and mike made a suggestion on the 2021 sport glide and we were sold! Excellent customer service and speedy process throughout! From going through each department learning the ins and out of owning a new bike to signing the papers with Morgan! It was speedy and efficient with customer intentions in mind! Would recommend this place to any and everyone!! Will definitely be back to the dealership for their Saturday meet up and hang out! Had a very welcoming feeling from everyone! After having a horrible experience with Mobile Bay Harley Davidson totally screwing up a simple warranty issue, I lodged a complaint with the Harley Davidson factory at which time they asked me which dealership did I want to take my motorcycle to to get the problem resolved. I told them Mike Brunos Northshore Harley Davidson, they made the arrangements, and within a week my motorcycle was fixed under warranty by the outstanding service department of Mike Brunos. I could write a list of complaints about how things were handled and name names of those who Id complain about, or I could take this chance to brag on(some of) the sales team. Without Morgan nor Bristol, this sale wouldve not been made. Any time I needed help understanding something, Bristol made sure I was taken care of. I didnt feel rushed by him to do the sale, and he didnt try to strong-arm me into a deal I didnt want to make. He was kind. Morgan has also been a saint. Like Bristol, she helped and made sure I understood everything I needed to on the day of the sale. Even after the sale and without any further obligation to, Morgan continues to extend a helping hand to me. She helped me correct something with HD financing that, in hindsight, I couldve done myself but she made it easier to get through and understand. Without these two, I wouldve walked from the sale. Before they stepped in, I felt out of my budget, too far from my monthly, and felt like I was being forced into buying the bike as quickly as possible. Im gonna repeat it and put it in big letters so whoever reads this, understands. WITHOUT MORGAN NOR BRISTOL, MIKE BRUNOS WOULDVE LOST A SALE Seriously. I set up a test ride with another company the day I bought my bike. It was in my price range and hit what I wanted as a monthly. Because of Morgan and Bristol, Im happy with my purchase. Had they not realized the sale was walking and had they not stepped in at the right time, Id be riding an Indian today. Im thankful Im not Thanks for taking the time to read this!
